Auf dem Schrottplatz der GALLOO-Gruppe in den Ardennen wurde gerade eine LIDEX Gro\u00dfschere in Betrieb genommen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Maschine ist in Hirson in einem Unternehmen installiert, das 2006 von der GALLOO-Gruppe gekauft wurde, aber 2009 an einen neuen Standort im Industriegebiet umgezogen ist. Das von Beno\u00eet Hincelin geleitete Team hat die Aktivit\u00e4t von 1000 Tonnen auf 3000 monatlich verarbeitete Tonnen stark entwickelt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da die alte 800-Tonnen-Schere verschlissen war und f\u00fcr die neuen Produktionsanforderungen nicht mehr ausreichte, wurde die Entscheidung getroffen, in eine neue station\u00e4re Schrottschere h\u00f6herer Kapazit\u00e4t zu investieren, mit dem Ziel, 150 Tonnen am Tag zu verarbeiten. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Nach einer Untersuchung des Europ\u00e4ischen Herstellermarktes entschied sich GALLOO schlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr die 1000 Tonnen LIDEX von COPEX mit einer Schnittbreite von 1000 mm, einem Presskasten von 8×2 m und einer Hydraulikanlage von 4×110 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diese erste Maschine wird bald durch eine zweite fast identische LIDEX erg\u00e4nzt, der im Herbst in D\u00fcnkirchen gestartet wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
